"The MEMZ Trojan (better known as MEMZ) is malware in the form of a Trojan horse made for Microsoft Windows . MEMZ was originally created by a programmer known as "Leurak" for YouTuber anosoct1 's Viewer-Made Malware series . It was later featured by Joel Jarvisson, in his Windows Destruction series , who demonstrated the malware in action on Windows 10 in a virtual machine . The virus gained notoriety for its unique and complex overload system, which activates automatically one after another. Some actions of the malware include randomly moving the cursor , opening satirical Google searches , and also randomly opening various programs (such as the calculator or command prompt). Many parts of the virus are based on Internet Memes , such as the virus replacing the boot sector with an animation of Nyan Cat , making the system unusable. Later, a version called MEMZ-Clean was created for testing, letting the user decide the type of attack."
